- Permanent Full-Time | Albert Park
- Monday to Friday + alternating roster (7am–3pm / 9am–5pm)

It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, delivering solutions and thrives in a supportive, team‑oriented environment. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customers in person, over the phone and via email
- Preparing hire schedules, quotes, and invoicing
- Allocating equipment and liaising with the workshop
- Coordinating deliveries, transfers, pick‑ups, repairs and breakdowns
- Occasionally assisting in the yard with loading equipment
- Liaising with suppliers to support customer needs What You Will Bring

- An interest in developing your career and progressing within Coates
- Experience in a customer‑facing high‑volume environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and understand technical information
