- You will be making outbound calls to existing customers to confirm and make appointments for yearly maintenance.
- You will use state‑of‑the‑art technology to communicate through electronic platforms.
- You will provide customer service and support through telephone and text messaging.
- You will liaise with Puratap customers and provide customer service assistance.
