Primary Responsibilities Entering sales orders Answering telephone enquiries Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc Vetting orders Providing technical and product support to customers.
About You
You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.
To be considered applicants MUST have experience in a similar role a reliable work history with a positive attitude to safety a friendly telephone manner the ability to express themselves clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.
Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
