Hampstead Health is largest medical centre in South Australia with 30+ employees and a large number of doctors. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our executive team. As a full time General Manager you will report to the owner. You will play a crucial role overseeing all aspects of the practice, while also contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the business. What you'll be doing Engage with all stakeholders including patients, doctors, employees, tenants, specialists and allied health to ensure positive outcomes for all relationships. Human resource management. Including systems, compliance, team building, performance management and training. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of efficient practice management systems and procedures. Liaise with healthcare providers, patients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of care. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and business growth strategies. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the practice team. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards. What we are looking for An experienced professional that has been in a similar role or as a practice manager. A motivated and innovative individual who is obsessed with high standards. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. Experience in a practice management role within the healthcare industry. In-depth knowledge of medical practice operations and healthcare regulations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to developing and supporting a high-performing team. What we offer
