Assistant Childcare Educator (Certificate Iii or Diploma) …, Heathcote

Trinity Academy Heathcote is a private family-owned long day care and OOSH service located in the beautiful town of Heathcote. There is a opportunity available for a diploma qualified assistant educator to join our team in a full-time capacity. Part-time may also be considered.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III and actively studying Diploma
- Have initiative, be a team player and able to collaborate with other educators
- Available between Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain) (preferred but not mandatory)
- Up to date Child Protection training
- Clear understanding of the National Quality Standards, Regulations and Early Years Learning Framework or willing to learn
- Previous experience in early childhood education and care setting preferred
- Passionate about working with young children and providing exceptional care.

Day to day responsibilities:

- Follow daily care routines and Educational program
- Adhere to the service’s policies and procedures
- Positive interactions with children
- Build robust relationships with the children and families and communicate important information to parents/carers

**Job Types**: Full time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $53,700.00
- $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
