**Education and Training Manager**: We are seeking an experienced Education and Training Manager to join our highly team-oriented team. You will work closely with department heads to develop the annual education plan, identify organisational learning needs, and close educational gaps. This is an exciting opportunity to facilitate impactful learning that contributes to organisational capabilities.

Responsibilities include:

- Scheduling students for placement
- Monitoring and facilitating completion of mandatory education requirements for all staff
- Identifying staff educational needs in collaboration with department heads
- Facilitating in-house and external training opportunities across the organisation
- Delivering clinical education and leading staff through change
