We are a family-owned premium cherry growing business. Our head office is based in Victoria's Yarra Valley, with orchards located around regional Victoria. We offer agri-tourism experiences and supply Australia's supermarkets, independent grocers, and fresh produce wholesale markets. Additionally, we export our produce around the world.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Infrastructure & Maintenance Support
- Netting team, this full-time fixed-term role plays a key part in supporting the installation of orchard protection canopies and netting systems and basic maintenance of our farm equipment. We're looking for someone who thrives on hands-on work and has proven experience using power tools and equipment safely and confidently.
You'll also assist with setting up and dismantling gear, cleaning and maintaining the equipment as required, and promptly reporting any equipment faults to your Line Manager. Always keeping safety front of mind.
As part of the team, you may be required to travel to other Northern farms as needed to help bring our projects to life. Weekend work may occasionally be required depending on project timelines.

**About you**
- You must hold a current driver's license and have your own transport.
- We highly value hands-on trade experience. If you have at least two years of experience working on farms or in general labouring, this opportunity might be for you.
- An Elevated Work Platform (EWP) ticket is highly preferred, but not mandatory.
**Skills required**:
- Experience with the tools required for farm maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to understand verbal and written instructions of a technical nature related to the role.
- Ability to take direction and work autonomously when required.
- Able to work to high safety standards and follow instructions for wearing personal protective equipment when required.
