**Long-Term Nanny / Homeschool Support Windang, NSW**: **Start Date**: 12 April 2026 **Commitment**: Long-term position **Pay**: From $35-45 per hour depending on experience

A conscious, nature-connected family in Windang, ]Wollongong NSW is seeking a warm, experienced and committed nanny to support their two boys (Aged 5 and 6 yrs) with homeschooling and daily life. This is a beautiful chance for someone who genuinely loves children, values emotional connection, and enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle. **Days Hours**: 5 days per week (Mixture of hours throughout the week, some full day support and some part days)
- **Monday**: 7:00 am 4:00 pm
- **Tuesday**: 7:00 am 4:00 pm
- **Wednesday/Thursday** 7:00 am 9:00 am and 3.00pm
- 5.00pm (More hours available in between pick up and drops off if the nanny would like to help with house cleaning and washing)
- **Friday**: 7:00 am 12:00 pm

**The Role**: This position involves:

- Supporting and assisting with **homeschooling**:

- Homework guidance
- Taking the boys outdoors and engaging in nature-based learning
- Transporting children to activities (driving required nanny must have own car)
- Encouraging active play, swimming and physical movement
- Preparing clean, organic meals (breakfast, lunch and meal prep, with occasional dinner preparation)
- Laundry, errands and daily cleaning
- Ensuring the home is reset and tidy at the end of each day

The family has **two dogs**, so comfort around pets is essential. **The Ideal Nanny**: The family is seeking someone who is:

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience working as a nanny or in a childcare related role
- Experience with homeschooling or educational support
- Current Working with children s check
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training (or willingness to refresh)
- Non Smoker
- Full Drivers Licence and clean driving record and own car
- Spanish and English speaking would be highly valued, though not essential.
- Musical ability would be a wonderful bonus, as would confidence in swimming and engaging the children in physical activities.
