Experienced Cleaner (Lake Illawarra)

Illawarra Cleaning Crew is currently seeking a **highly experienced and reliable cleaner** to join our growing team. We specialise in builders cleans, end of lease cleans, and high-quality residential cleaning services.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Builders cleans (final construction cleans)
- End of lease / bond cleans
- General weekly residential cleaning
- Detailed deep cleaning tasks
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines and high standards

Essential Requirements:

- Proven experience in builders cleans and end of lease cleaning
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver’s licence (mandatory)
- Very reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and able to handle demanding work

Preferred:

- Own transport
- White Card
