Master Plumbers Apprentices Limited (MPAL) conducts the largest and most successful group training scheme within the plumbing industry in New South Wales for apprentice plumbers.

MPAL acts as the primary employer to apprentices and places them with plumbing contractors known as 'host trainers'.

- MPAL arranges work placements (on-the-job training) and rotates apprentices to host trainers, as necessary, to gain a wide range of experience
- Dedicated MPAL field officers monitor, provide support, pastoral care and advice to the apprentice
