Moore Rehab Outcomes is a leading provider of Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation services throughout NSW, based in Shellharbour City Centre. We provide evidence-based Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation services to clients with complex injuries and disabilities across NSW. For more information about Moore Rehab Outcomes, please refer to our website: About the Role We are looking for a person who is passionate about providing key administration support to our management team and remote clinical staff (Occupational Therapists and Case Managers). The role is full-time with flexible work conditions including a mix of in-office and home working arrangements once the initial orientation period has been successfully completed. Key responsibilities of the role will include formatting medico-legal reports and liaising with clients and lawyers to book appointments, as well as supporting the team with a range of reports, administration, and financial tasks. About You The following are essential:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication including a pleasant but highly professional phone manner
- Superior written communication including spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure a high level of accuracy
- Ability to complete tasks within a busy office environment and to be equally effective working independently in the home setting
- Excellent team work
- Experience with computer programs (such as Word, Outlook, MS Teams and Excel)
- Minimum 3+ years of administration support experience; experience gained in medical administration or health more broadly would be an advantage.
