Master Plumbers Apprentices Limited (MPAL) conducts the largest and most successful group training scheme within the plumbing industry in Current South Wales for apprentice plumbers.

MPAL acts as the primary employer to apprentices and places them with plumbing contractors known as 'host trainers'.

Benefits of being an MPAL apprentice:

MPAL arranges work placements (on-the-job training) and rotates apprentices to host trainers, as necessary, to gain a wide range of experience

Dedicated MPAL field officers monitor, provide support, pastoral care and advice to the apprentice

MPAL has a high level of commitment to the workplace health and safety of apprentices
