Team Leader - Landscaping (Warilla)

???? About the Role We are seeking a qualified and experienced Team Leader Landscaper to join our team based in Warilla, servicing projects throughout the Illawarra and Southern Sydney regions. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone confident in running jobs from set-out to completion — managing a small crew, coordinating materials, liaising with clients and project managers, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. Immediate start available for the right candidate. ???? Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 2–3 landscapers
- Run projects from set-out to completion
- Read and interpret landscape and construction plans
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries
- Liaise with clients and project managers
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timeframes
- Maintain high safety and workmanship standards
- Carry out structural landscaping works including retaining walls, paving, concreting, turfing, timber work, synthetic turf, softscapes and general site works ???? About You
- Qualified Landscaper (Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years’ industry experience
- Proven experience running a team of 1-2 people
- Robust organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage timelines and problem-solve on site
- White Card (essential)
- Truck licence required or willingness to obtain
- Machinery tickets (excavator/skid steer) highly regarded You take ownership of your projects, lead by example, and take pride in delivering quality outcomes. ✅ Required Checks & Compliance Due to the nature of some projects, the successful applicant must be willing to obtain and/or provide:
