Description
Ready for more than just another admin job? Do you feel like you’re capable of more? Are you the person everyone relies on because you’re organised, sharp with systems, quick to learn and always one step ahead — but your current role no longer challenges you? At Park, we are looking for a highly capable administration professional who wants to build a real career in operations and logistics. You do not need years of transport experience. What we care about is finding someone intelligent, driven, highly organised and genuinely ambitious — someone who wants an opportunity to grow into a specialised operational role with long-term career progression. We will train the right person in transport allocation and operational planning — one of the most valuable and in-demand skillsets within the transport industry. About Park Park is an independent, Australian-owned fuel distributor based in the Illawarra. We supply fuel products and services across local, regional and interstate operations. We are a fast-moving operational business with a strong reputation, modern systems and a team that values initiative, accountability and continuous improvement. About the Role This role sits within our transport operations team and is designed as a genuine development pathway into transport allocation and logistics coordination. Initially, you will support the day-to-day administration and coordination of our delivery operations while learning how transport scheduling and fleet allocation works behind the scenes. As your skills develop, you will progressively take on more operational responsibility and receive hands-on training in allocation, planning and transport operations. This is not a “same thing every day” administration role. It is an opportunity to build a specialised career in a fast-paced industry that keeps Australia moving. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the transport and operations team with daily administration and coordination tasks Managing operational data, paperwork and delivery information across multiple systems Assisting with scheduling, job updates and operational communication Communicating with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency Monitoring delivery progress and helping resolve operational issues Learning transport allocation, fleet scheduling and logistics planning from experienced operators What We’re Looking For We are not necessarily looking for someone with years of transport experience. We are looking for someone exceptional at administration who wants to advance their career. You will likely bring
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent computer and systems capability
- Confidence learning new software and processes quickly
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Initiative, common sense and problem-solving ability
- A calm, capable approach in fast-paced environments
- A genuine desire to grow professionally and learn operational skills Experience in logistics, scheduling, operations or transport is advantageous — but not essential. Why This Role is Different

- Work directly alongside experienced transport operators
- Join an established and growing Australian business
- Stable, full-time opportunity with long-term potential
- Fast-paced, engaging role where no two days are the same
- Prospect to become a key part of a critical operational team Additional Requirements Successful completion of pre-employment checks including medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check. Apply on Kit Job: kitjobau.com/job/3r2o0i
