Part-time Waiting Staff (Shellharbour)

**About Us**: Cafe Eels is a popular, friendly cafe in Warilla known for great food and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable wait staff to join our team on weekends to help provide excellent service to our customers.

As a Part-Time Weekend Wait Staff member, you will be the face of Cafe Eels during busy weekend shifts. Your role is to ensure customers have a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers warmly
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
- Handle cash and process payments when required
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and cafe team
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in wait staff or customer service preferred but not essential
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Valuable communication skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Reliable and punctual

Pay: $23.23
- $42.92 per hour
