ABOUT THE ROLE:
Have the opportunity to help lead your own OSHC service and support local families by providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for their child.
Assist in creating an engaging programs with industry leading programming tools!
Be the face of TheirCare and create positive relationships within the school community.
Mentor your team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
Monday to Friday
no weekend work!
ABOUT YOU:
You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid, positive relationships.
Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
Employee Working with Children’s Check valid in the relevant state.
Willing to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting.
Willing to obtain National Criminal History Check.
