Retail Fast Food Duty Manager (Lake Illawarra)

iSubway Group operate numerous high performing Subway restaurants across the Illawarra region. We are looking for experienced Duty Managers on a permanent part-time basis to lead & motivate our team in this agile and highly rewarding position! Main responsibilities:
- Oversee daily management of store operations, leading our team to provide the best experience to our customers
- Monitor & manage store presentation, working order of equipment & report any failures or faults to management as they occur
- Complete stocktake, WISR, control sheets, adjust wages time sheets for submission to Payroll, and complete inventory orders on the required days
- Provide training for new employees
- Respond to & take remedial action on all customer complaints
- Implement & maintain upselling strategies to achieve KPI targets
- Keep abreast of & maintain required health and safety standards
- Maintain your uniform standards including name badge Required skills & experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years management experience in a fast-paced retail/fast food environment
- Experience in leading teams
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Full driver’s licence and your own transport
