About the opportunity

This is Grade 2 role to work as RN Team Leader; this is fixed term role to cover leave until 30th of November 2026.

Responsibilities

Primary Purpose/Focus of the role is to Provide quality client-focused care to residents, their family and carers, using a holistic approach.

Assessment and monitoring of residents physical and mental state.

Qualifications

Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.

Required evidence

A valid NDIS worker screening check

Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
