Dealership Administration Manager (Shepparton)

Ken Muston Automotive is seeking an experienced and highly organized administration professional to lead the day-to‐day operations of our dealership administration department. This is a senior leadership role overseeing a small administration and accounts team, while also taking ownership of key financial and operational processes across the business. The position would suit an experienced dealership office manager, senior administrator, assistant accountant, or automotive administration professional looking to take the next step in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment. About the Role
- Managing daily dealership administration operations
- Overseeing banking, receipting, payroll, debtors and creditors
- Completing journals, accruals, reconciliations and general ledger balancing
- Preparing internal profit & loss reporting and management reporting
- Completing manufacturer and OEM financial reporting requirements
- Assisting with BAS, taxation and compliance processes
- Monitoring cashflow and internal financial controls
- Supporting dealership leadership with reporting and business insights
- Driving process improvement and maintaining strong internal procedures About You
- Previous experience in a dealership administration, office manager, accounts or assistant accountant role
- Robust organisational and leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
- Experience with dealership systems and OEM reporting is highly regarded
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not essential for the right applicant
- Formal accounting qualifications are not essential, however strong practical experience in financial administration and reporting is important What We Offer
