About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead Aquatec’s marketing function and support business growth. You will:
- Support the development and implementation of Aquatec’s marketing, brand and communications strategy.
- Support sales and business development teams with campaigns, collateral, market intelligence and growth initiatives.
- Drive digital marketing performance across website, SEO, LinkedIn, social media and online presence.
- Manage and continuously improve Aquatec’s website, content strategy and digital user experience.
- Along with the sales team, identify opportunities for market expansion, new sectors, geographic growth and strategic positioning.
- Create compelling marketing content, presentations, case studies, proposals and brand materials.
- Coordinate external marketing campaigns, events, expos, partnerships and industry engagement activities.
- Analyse market trends, competitors and customer insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Work collaboratively across all function including leadership team, sales, engineering and operational teams to align messaging and business objectives. About You You are a creative, strategic and commercially aware. You understand that effective marketing is not just about content, it’s about supporting growth, strengthening brand position and helping convert opportunity into outcomes. You will need to bring:
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, brand strategy, business growth or related roles.
- Strong digital marketing capability including SEO, social media, LinkedIn strategy, website management and content development.
- Excellent written communication, copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience supporting commercial, sales or business development functions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
- Strategic thinking, creativity and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. Highly Regarded / Advantageous
- Graphic design capability or formal design qualifications.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar creative platforms.
- Drone operation capability, drone licence or aerial content creation experience.
- Photography, videography or multimedia content creation skills.
- Experience within infrastructure, utilities, engineering, environmental services or the water sector.
