The Grade 1 Clinical Rotational Pharmacist provides professional expertise in clinical pharmacy practice and operational support services on a rotational basis across GVH campuses and contracted health partners. Working within a multidisciplinary team, this role supports optimal medication management and promotes continuity of care to ensure positive patient outcomes and effective patient flow throughout the organisation and partnered health services.
