Motacare, a dedicated road service provider in the Shepparton area, is seeking a casual Service Patrol member to join our team. We offer an exciting "4 days on, 4 days off" rosters, providing significant time away from work to focus on your personal interests. What you'll be doing
- Casual position on a rotating roster basis. Will require the flexibility of both weekdays, weekends and after hours callouts.
- Collaborate with the wider Motacare team to support the overall business objectives.
- Performing a variety of tasks as a Trades Assistant at our workshop and other business locations.
- Assisting with our roadside patrol teams and towing. What we're looking for
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A passion for the automotive industry with mechanical skills highly regarded.
- Willingness to travel to other depots on occasion.

Who we are Motacare is the RACV Auto Accredited Workshop in Bendigo, Ballarat, Shepparton, and Torquay and leading Road Service provider to the RACV in country Victoria. Motacare performs over 50,000 jobs per year for the RACV and also performs many other specialised services such as Pre Purchase Inspections, Child Restraint fitting, and Towing. Most of the towing that we do is RACV members that have broken down in the local area. Motacare tow them to our workshop for diagnosis and repair, their workshop, or to their home. The successful applicant will also need to have great people skills as dealing with the public is a very key part of what we do. We will offer the right person very good working conditions.
