- The Hume Network Project Lead role is a senior project and leadership position within the Hume Local Health Service Network (Network), which is a regional health network consisting of twelve health services across the regional area of Hume. Supporting state-wide system improvement and reform initiatives, one of four priorities for the Network is Access, Equity and Flow.
- The Hume Network Project Lead is responsible for liaising with key staff from twelve health services to progress key Network projects focusing on access, equity and flow of patients across health services including inter-hospital flow, hospital avoidance intiatives and clinical service plan implementation.
- The role will suit an experienced project lead with relevant health service experience, preferably in a regional environment. Liaison with health service executive, relevant frontline clinical managers and staff to develop and embed a shared understanding of accessibility, equity and patient flow pathways in Hume will be critical to the success of the role.
- This role will be based at GV Health and reports to the Director Clinical Programs, Hume LHSN. Working from home is supported and travel across the region will be required at times. Secondment may also be negotiated. **- Position Description**:HERE** **- Why work at GV Health?**
