Our expertise revolves around pumping, filtration & irrigation products and services making us a single destination solutions provider for our valued clients. **Description**: The Opportunity Based in Shepparton Vic, this full-time position will be responsible for retail customer service-related activities, including but not limited to counter and phone sales, technical advice, inventory management and day to day retail operations. Your time will be spent, liaising directly with clients, suppliers, end users and team members. You The successful applicant will be customer service orientated, highly motivated with a robust interest in the irrigation market. Reporting to the Branch Manager it would be considered beneficial for the Salesperson to have experience in the following: Providing premium level customer service and advice. Attending to customer enquiries and orders. Strong inventory management skills. Strong technical product knowledge. Knowledge of irrigation & filtration systems. Knowledge of fertigation and automation systems. Domestic, agricultural and industrial pump knowledge. Well presented with excellent written and verbal skills. The ability to develop and maintain healthy relationships. Enjoy solving technical problems and providing solutions.
