**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assisting with creating innovative educational programs that are reflective of the Early Years Framework
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, physical and educational needs within a group and as individuals
- Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, parents and team members
- Assisting children with their daily routines and supporting them in their learning
- Observing children daily and using those observations to ensure the needs, strengths and interests of children are met
- Attending staff meetings and any professional training sessions, as required

**About You**
- Hold a Certificate III in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent (or actively studying towards this)
- A current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training)
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Passionate about creating a calm and positive learning setting for our children
