Our group consists of a range of different brands which cater to different markets, this includes Sherridon Homes, Royston Homes, Evo Homes, First Place, Soho living and Marque just to name a few. We are going through huge growth in the Shepparton region. Sherridon Homes is currently seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and dynamic team. With a new office under construction, this is the perfect time to join a growing team and be part of that journey. This role will play a crucial role in taking care of our customers throughout the administration process of their build through to site start. The Role
- You will deliver an exceptional journey to our customers, building a home experience.
- Working within a tight-knit and supportive team
- Ability to establish solid networks with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilizing technology, internal systems, industry knowledge, and software to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Maintaining accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and AHB Group policy and procedure
- Supporting the Construction team to achieve a higher standard for our customers. About You
- You have a high emphasis on Customer Service
- A caring/empathetic nature when dealing with clients and colleagues
- Well developed communication skills
- High level of personal presentation
- Driven with a “Can Do” attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoy the excitement of being a part of a rapidly expanding business Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications in the building industry are highly regarded
- Highly developed computer literacy skills
- Able to prioritize and handle a large workload
- A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
