Job Description: Our client is seeking a Small Animal Veterinarian to join a modern, purpose-built companion animal clinic, with the option to step into a Clinical Lead role. This role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who enjoys a varied caseload, including second-opinion cases, and values working in a supportive, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities

Providing consultations and preventative care for companion animals

Managing medical, surgical, and dental cases

Building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality care

Collaborating with veterinary nurses and support staff

Mentoring team members and contributing to clinical standards (Clinical Lead option)

Qualifications

Veterinary degree eligible for registration in Australia

Minimum 3+ years’ experience preferred

Strong GP skills across medicine, surgery, and dentistry

Leadership and mentoring skills (or interest in developing them)

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Salary range of $160,000 – $180,000 (FTE)
