Job Description We will deliver routine maintenance, planned maintenance, defect and hazard rectification and emergency response services to more than 8,500 lane kilometres of road in Victoria’s Hume region, stretching from Mitchell Shire on the edge of metropolitan Melbourne to the north‑east corner of the State. We have a position available for an experienced Supervisor to lead our Road Maintenance teams in Shepparton, VIC. Responsibilities The Supervisor will lead and supervise maintenance crews, plan works, work with members of the public and the workforce to ensure safe, quality outcomes, and deliver projects on time. Qualifications
- Exposure leading or supervising maintenance crews, planning works and working with members of the public
- Drive accountability throughout the workforce
- Commitment to quality outcomes with a focus on delivering in full and on time
- Strong skills in planning and scheduling, checking crew work and working with asset management systems
- Successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients and stakeholders
