We are going through huge growth in the Shepparton region. Sherridon Homes is currently seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our supportive and agile team. With a new office under construction, this is the perfect time to join a growing team and be part of that journey. The Role
- Deliver an exceptional journey to customers, building a home experience.
- Work within a tight‑knit and supportive team.
- Establish strong networks with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize technology, internal systems, industry knowledge, and software to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate data entry in line with the Customer Journey and Group policy and procedures.
- Support the Construction team to achieve a higher standard for our customers. About You
- Have a high emphasis on Customer Service.
- Caring and empathetic nature when dealing with clients and colleagues.
- Well‑developed communication skills.
- High level of personal presentation.
- Driven with a “Can Do” attitude.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Qualifications in the building industry are highly regarded.
- Highly developed computer literacy skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle a large workload.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask.
