Key Responsibilities Provide respectful personal care, including hygiene assistance, dressing and mobility support to the residents. Assist residents with daily living activities and meals. Foster independence, dignity, and individual choice for each resident. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

What you will bring Demonstrated knowledge and experience in personal care ideally in an aged care setting. Experience caring for people living with dementia. Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent e.g. Individual Support). Ability to effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally with residents living with dementia and/or where English is a second language. Demonstrated ability to document concisely and effectively in resident progress notes. Ability to work effectively and respectfully in a team setting. Knowledge of the Care Plan process and the relevant assessments required. Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach.
