Customer Advisor - Leave & Relief - Wangaratta, Vic (Shepparton)

Job Overview Part‐time position based in our Wangaratta Branch, working 5 days per week – Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm. The role is permanent or fixed‐term. You will support Central Victorian Branches (Benalla, Yarrawonga, Cobram, Albury, Wodonga) by providing first‐line service; travel between locations is required (mileage paid). Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers at Central Victorian Branches, placing customer needs at the centre of all interactions. Help customers identify suitable products and services, such as account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions. Ensure a seamless, consistent, and tailored customer experience, keeping all details accurate and up to date. Demonstrate Smarter Banking self‐service and digital options to make banking simple, easy, and secure. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your career.
