Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Monitor and report on residents' health and well‐being. Experience in aged care preferred but not required. Robust communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and patient‐focused approach. Additional Requirements Valid police check/NDIS Worker Screening Check. Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
