Classification: Grade 2 (HS2, HS18
- HS21) Location: A Community Interlink Office: Shepparton, Benalla, Cobram, Wodonga Service Support Coordinator is an administrative role that supports Aged Care clients to manage their Support At Home funds through coordination of supports. In this role you will work with Care Managers and Clients to maintain their independence by connecting them to services and monitoring their satisfaction. You will be part of a vibrant hard‑working team working to ensure our consumers are well supported to maintain independence in their homes. Key Attributes
