An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Associated Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join the Day of Surgery Admission (DOSA) team. The ANUM plays a key leadership role in coordinating safe, efficient patient flow through the perioperative journey, ensuring high-quality patient centred care admission through to theatre transfer. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, the ANUM provides clinical leadership, operational oversight and staff support within a fast- paced and energetic environment. Successful candidate will have :
- Current registration with the AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 5 years post graduate nursing experience, 2 of which must be peri operative/day of surgery admission.
- Demonstrated expert clinical leadership, experience and knowledge related to health care.
- Self-motivated with high level of Post graduate peri-operative qualification
- Communication and organisational and time management skills
