- Extensive experience as a Pizzaiolo (experience with wood-fired, gas, or stone decks).
- Deep knowledge of dough fermentation, stretching techniques, and premium ingredient pairing.
- Ability to maintain high quality and speed during intense weekend rushes.
- A clean, organised professional who takes pride in kitchen hygiene and teamwork.
