Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist - HARP DMT (Shepparton)

About the role GV Health is seeking a Grade2 Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to join the HARP‑DMT program, working four days per fortnight on a fixed‑term contract from June2026 until June2027. The HARP‑DMT team delivers assessment, care planning and management for people with chronic heart or respiratory failure. Team members include a social worker, physiotherapist, dietitian, nurses and a Clinical Nurse Coordinator. Position Description To perform this role you will have broad clinical experience in assessment and management of complex, chronic health issues and a demonstrated knowledge of cardiac and respiratory service delivery. You will use an evidence‑based, person‑centred approach, communicate effectively, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team. Key Selection Criteria Qualifications and experience in exercise physiology or physiotherapy, evidence of working with cardiac or respiratory patients, and experience in an interdisciplinary clinical setting.
