Carlton Railway Medical Centre and Carlton UCC are seeking an experienced Lead Nurse. This prospect is for a strong clinical leader to oversee both our GP and in‑office urgent care clinic, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality patient care in a rapid‑paced setting. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will lead a dedicated and supportive team within a well‑established, multicultural clinic. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the nursing team across GP and urgent care services.
- Oversee day‑to‑day clinical operations and workflow efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with GPs and allied health professionals. About You
- AHPRA registration (RN).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in general practice.
- Previous Lead Nurse experience.Strong leadership and team management skills. Benefits
