We have an chance for Part-time Enrolled Nurse working as part of our clinical care team, delivering person-centered care that enhances the wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support in line with individual care plans.
- Administer medications safely and accurately within scope of practice.
- Observe and document residents’ health, behaviour, and responses to care.
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, care staff, allied health professionals, and families.
- Build positive, respectful relationships with residents that promote trust and comfort.
- Support daily living activities while promoting independence and choice. Experience and Skills
- Current Enrolled Nurse (Div 2) registration with AHPRA.
- Experience working as an Enrolled Nurse in an aged care setting.
- A passion for aged care and making a difference to the lives of older people.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
