Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant (Shepparton)

As a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant at KINNECT, a key aspect of your role will involve delivering workplace rehabilitation services that help individuals engage in meaningful occupations through a client‑centred approach, promoting optimal health and wellbeing through recovery at work. You will be responsible for servicing Bendigo, Ballarat, Shepparton, and surrounding areas, with travel across all of these locations and nearby regional communities to deliver services. This role offers a high level of autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to live anywhere that enables effective servicing of these regions and enjoy the benefits of a regional lifestyle. Travel will be well supported, with adaptable work arrangements in place. We are open to both full‑time and four‑day‑per‑week arrangements, depending on your preference. Responsibilities
- Assess workers to determine the best strategies for facilitating their return to work following an injury or illness.
- Visiting workplaces to understand the challenges workers may face during their recovery at work and educating employers on injury prevention.
- Providing clinical opinions and justifications through detailed report writing.
- Managing complex injury cases, coordinating, and conducting case conferences with treating doctors and health professionals to support the recovery and return to work of injured workers. Additional Services

- Current registration with AHPRA or accreditation with ESSA.
