OzChild is seeking an experienced clinical leader to establish and lead a recent MST-CAN® team delivering intensive, evidence-based support to families where children are at risk of entering care. This rare opportunity will see you:
- Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team
- Deliver a globally recognised therapeutic model
- Drive meaningful outcomes for vulnerable children and families
- Shape the culture and impact of the service from day one About You You will bring:
- Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or related field
- Strong clinical leadership experience
- Experience working with complex families and risk
- Passion for evidence-based practice and family-centred outcomes What We Offer

- Salary packaging up to $15,900 + $2,650 meals & entertainment
- On-call allowance $11,000
