Design and facilitate group programs that build connection, skills and wellbeingPermanent part time (equivalent to 4 days a week) opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team!Not for profit, values-based company + salary packaging up to $15,899 + 17.5% leave loadingAbout the opportunityAs a Groups Facilitator, you will help design and deliver group programs that build connection, skills and wellbeing in our community. Working alongside clinical, peer and community team members, you will co facilitate groups that are evidence based, trauma informed, inclusive and shaped by participant needs.The role combines structured group work with creative approaches such as arts based, mindfulness and nature based activities. You will also provide 1:1 support using tailored group material for participants who are not yet ready for group settings.This is a rewarding opportunity that will see you contribute to safety planning, engagement and ongoing improvement of the groups programs by working collaboratively, reflecting on what works and improving the program over time.Please click here to download a copy of the position description to see further details relating to this role.About youYou are confident working with diverse people and creating safe, inclusive spaces.
