- Community Interlink Employment Type: Permanent Part Time Hours per Fortnight: 64 Classification: Grade 6 (HS6) Location: Community Health Closing date: 26/05/2026 About the Role Community Interlink is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide leadership, guidance and operational support to our Northern team. This team includes Support at Home Care Managers, NDIS Support Coordinators and Service Support Coordinators across the Northern catchment, with staff located in Wodonga, Cobram, Wangaratta and Benalla. The Program Manager will play a key role in fostering a cohesive, high‑performing team culture by offering innovative solutions, strategic direction and day‑to‑day support. The successful candidate will demonstrate solid capabilities in ensuring compliance, maintaining service quality and upholding accountability, all within a supportive environment that prioritises skilled growth and skill development. This role works within a cooperative leadership network committed to attracting, developing and retaining talented staff, and ensuring vulnerable community members have access to consistent, high‑quality care.
