This team includes Support at Home Care Managers, NDIS Support Coordinators and Service Support Coordinators across the Northern catchment, with staff located in Wodonga, Cobram, Wangaratta and Benalla. The Program Manager will play a key role in fostering a cohesive, high‑performing team culture by offering innovative solutions, strategic direction and day‑to‑day support. The successful candidate will demonstrate solid capabilities in ensuring compliance, maintaining service quality and upholding accountability, all within a supportive environment that prioritises skilled growth and skill development.
