- Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including relaxation massage and personalised facial and body treatments
- Tailor each treatment to suit individual guest needs, offering personalised care and recommendations
- Recommend retail products that enhance treatment results and support ongoing wellness
- Create a warm, welcoming, and deeply relaxing environment for every guest
- Contribute ideas to continuously improve the guest experience and build client loyalty
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing development in beauty and massage therapies Qualifications
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential)
- Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or resort setting (preferred)
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Strong time management and the ability to adapt to guest needs
