Boggabri Coal Mine is an open‑cut coal operation, producing over 7 million tonnes per annum, with a mine life until 2036. It is located approximately 57 km from Narrabri, 60 km from Gunnedah and 23 km from Boggabri NSW.

How you will contribute Working in the maintenance team, this role is responsible for scheduled servicing, diagnostics and repairs on a variety of heavy mining equipment, heavy rigid trucks, medium rigid trucks, buses and light vehicles. You will be required to work in a workshop and/or field setting. A permanent position is offered directly by Boggabri Coal, with a market-market-competitive salary package and a family‑friendly residential role that allows you to be home after every shift.

What we're looking for Cert III in Automotive Electrical Trade (required). Certificate of Proficiency (required). Refrigerant Handling Licence (required). Forklift and HRWL licences are highly regarded. Able to complete an Order 45 pre‑employment medical. Experience with and ability to analyse technical data (electrical schematics, CAN‑bus faults/diagnostics, etc.). Proficient computer skills in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and ideally SAP.
