About the Role

As part of our Spa & Wellness team, you will deliver high‑quality treatments in a calm, guest‑focused environment, ensuring every experience is personalised, restorative, and memorable.

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including relaxation massage and personalised facial and body treatments

Tailor each treatment to suit individual guest needs, offering personalised care and recommendations

Recommend retail products that enhance treatment results and support ongoing wellness

Create a warm, welcoming, and deeply relaxing environment for every guest

Contribute ideas to continuously improve the guest experience and build client loyalty

Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing development in beauty and massage therapies

Qualifications

Diploma in Beauty Therapy (essential)

Previous experience in a spa, hotel, or resort setting (preferred)

Adaptable availability, including weekends

Strong time management and the ability to adapt to guest needs

A genuine passion for the beauty and wellness industry
