ELECTRICIAN (Singleton)

ARA Electrical is a highly regarded and well established electrical construction and maintenance business. We are currently seeking an electrician for our Singleton Office. The position offered will be on a permanent full-time basis. You will play a vital role for our business, providing maintenance, installation and testing services to our clients. In applying for this role, the suitable candidate must have the following:
- Essential
- Current drivers licence
- Construction white card
- Qualified electrician with supervisor’s certificate or contractor’s licence
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Strong safety focus
- Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines, work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role of High Voltage Maintenance Desirable
- High risk work licenses EWP and Forklift
- Working at heights training
- First aid
- High Voltage Switching Protected Work Practices
- Previous experience working on Coal Mine Sites
