Technical Solutions Team Leader (Saint Clair)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the AU Technical Solutions site
- Receive inbound freight from customers.
- Perform receipt, unpacking, decontamination and booking‑in of returned equipment.
- Perform in‑house and some on‑site routine services including pre‑delivery inspection, preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance to ensure proper operation of devices.
- Monitor all service requests through completion to ensure that the customer receives service in an expeditious manner. Escalate risks if issues arise that delay timely service to the customer.
- Complete all planned technical, quality and compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Perform complaints investigation following established procedures as required.
- Maintain effective procedures, records, transactional data and prepare reports.
- Support sales, marketing, logistics and quality departments with technical issues.
- Manage S & R project‑related activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies by internal team, contract, and third‑party resources. Education, Training and/or Experience
- Tertiary education desirable but not required.
- Experience leading day‑to‑day team operations.
- Proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced, change‑oriented environment managing competing priorities.
- Attention to detail, exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
- Ability to complete repetitive work without impact on quality.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, 9001, 19011. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Certifications/Licenses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups internally and externally.
