YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a friendly, solution‑focused Customer Care Consultant to join our supportive team in our trade store in Singleton. In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for our customers—listening, problem‑solving, and helping deliver positive outcomes every day.

You’ll be supported by an experienced leader and a close‑knit team who are passionate about great service. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your customer service skills, gain exposure to issue resolution and escalations, and develop your confidence in a role where your contribution truly matters.

This is a full‑time, 12‑month maximum‑term role , with potential opportunities to continue and grow your career within the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a qualified and friendly manner

Resolving customer issues efficiently, with a robust focus on first‑contact resolution

Completing customer care administration accurately and on time

Meeting service level targets and response timeframes

Working collaboratively within a positive, customer‑focused team workplace

What You'll Bring

Experience in a customer service or customer support role

Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work independently while also contributing to a small team

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications

A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with a genuine desire to help customers
