**Trade Store Customer Service

Our Client is Australia’s leading supplier of industrial and safety products. Right now they are looking for a **Customer service assistant **to join their Trade Store.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Act as the first point of contact via phone or front counter
- Build and develop relationships with customers
- face to face, over the phone and counter based sales enquiries
- Process customer orders, credits and complete quotes
- Stock replenishment, stock takes and Showroom displays
- Cash Handling (Cash, EFTPOS, Cheques)
- General housekeeping of the trade store counter and packing areas
- Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
- Trade Counter, Retail or Customer service experience
- Computer skills
- Microsoft Office
- Forklift license (desirable but not essential)
- As the successful applicant you will ideally have previous customer service or trade store experience and an understanding or working knowledge of the Industrial and Safety product market. However, it will be your strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude that will see you excel in this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to learn and start a career with a market leader._
- **Please note that due to our strict Health and Safety policy we will require you to undertake a physical medical evaluation, along with a drug and alcohol screening test.**_
**Salary**: $50,000.00
- $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
