Job Description Oaks Cypress Lakes Resortare looking for an enthusiastic and service-drivenAssistantFood & Beverage Managerto join our team on afull-timebasis. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and event spaces, ensuring guests enjoy first-class service and presentation every time. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and work closely with the kitchen to maintain our high standards. Key Responsibilities As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
- Oversee the smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
- Promote the resort’s food and beverage offerings with solid knowledge of menus and features.
- Collaborate with the kitchen during service to ensure high-quality food and presentation.
- Lead, mentor, and support Food & Beverage Attendants, including training and development. Shift Details (subject to change)
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
- Rotating roster across Monday through Sunday.
- Split shifts may be required on some days. Additional information:

Qualifications To be a success in this position, you will have:
- Previous supervisory experience (12+ months) in a similar role.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a restaurant or hotel environment.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
- High levels of self-motivation, initiative, and confidence.
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (preferred but not essential).
- Solid knowledge of alcohol and beverage service (preferred but not essential).
